We invite you to send a greeting card to a friend or loved one staying at Trinity.
This free service is available for any inpatient currently at Trinity. We regret that we are unable to deliver cards to patients in our ER or those receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing.
Please complete the form below and follow the instructions to send your message. Our volunteers will deliver your card to your family member or friend.
- Patient greetings are monitored several times daily and delivered in a timely manner.
- Patient greetings requested on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday.
- Please do not include any private information in your message, as Trinity volunteers may need to read the card to confirm the recipient's identity.
Disclaimer: To observe patient confidentiality, Trinity is unable to verify delivery of patient greeting cards. Trinity does not assume responsibility for the delivery of messages sent to patients who have already been discharged. Trinity assumes no liability whatsoever for the contents of the messages sent to patients.
