Technological advancements assist you in providing safe and efficient care with the use of spectralink communication devices, bar code scanning for medication administration, computers on wheels and “minimal lift” equipment at the bedside.

To support your professional growth, Trinity boasts a Clinical Advancement Program founded on Benner's Model of Novice to Expert. Personal demonstration of differentiated interpersonal, clinical and leadership skills earns you an opportunity for advancement `along a four-level continuum of recognition and compensation. Additionally, Nursing Journal Club, Grand Rounds, National Certification support and Continuing Education funds all enrich your professional growth.
