Healthcare Hero
Healthcare Hero is an initiative of Trinity Health Foundation which provides a vehicle for very grateful Trinity patients to recognize Trinity employees as their
Healthcare Heroes.
Approximately one month after discharge, selected Trinity patients receive a colorful Healthcare Hero brochure in the mail from Trinity Health Foundation which provides a section to share words of gratitude to special employees by name. On behalf of Trinity, the foundation thanks these patients for taking the time to write the foundation and with their permission allows the foundation to forward these comments to the unit where they received care. We also provide requested materials as well as updates on foundation initiatives which support direct patient care and community outreach through donor support.
