The very nature of a crisis means that it can sometimes arise out of nowhere. As a service to our community, we offer round the clock emergency services and crisis management support, no matter when things arise. The 24-Hour Crisis Intervention program provides emergency services and immediate care by phone or in person seven days a week for individuals and families.

 

Patients can come to the lobby of the Robert Young Center Access Center located at the Trinity Regional Medical Center's Rock Island facility during business hours. After hours or on weekends, patients can go to the Trinity Emergency Treatment Center, also located at Trinity Rock Island. Please call (309) 779-2800 for more information.
