Deliver at a place that feels like home
Giving birth is an experience unlike any other. When it's time to deliver your baby, you want everything to be as close to perfect as possible. With its unique, homelike atmosphere, Trinity BirthPlace offers all the little extras that make bringing a little one into the world a more pleasant experience.
Home-like atmosphere, overnight accommodations for dads and more of life's little essentials
From the moment you arrive, you'll know you're in a place as elegant as it is restful. The beautiful décor creates a tasteful, relaxing atmosphere. Everything you encounter, in fact, has been specifically designed to set your mind at complete ease.
Fathers and families also will notice a pleasing difference — everything from larger, more comfortable family lounges (complete with Internet access) to special overnight accommodations for dads.
Tender loving caregivers
It takes a team of experienced, caring professionals to make sure your birth experience is a positive one. Before, during and after delivery, you can count on our highly-trained physicians, nurses and staff to work together to provide a seamless continuum of care for both you and your unborn child.
Trinity BirthPlace also features advanced infant security. Thanks to our state-of-the-art technology, you'll feel as though you're in a self-contained, free-standing birth center at the same time you're enjoying all the conveniences and benefits of having Trinity and its full-service emergency room attached.
There's comfort in knowledge
Education plays a key role in any positive birthing experience. At Trinity BirthPlace, we offer a wide variety of prenatal classes at our facilities. That way, you'll always have the peace and comfort that come from thorough preparation.
Education and training aren't just limited to moms, either. New dads will find any number of programs specifically designed to help educate them and make them feel more comfortable about the joyous event to come.
Advanced care at Trinity BirthPlace
When babies require special care, parents also have a unique set of needs and an even more intense longing for comfort and communication. At Trinity BirthPlace, we understand. The neonatal special care unit at our Trinity Moline campus serves the entire Quad Cities community, featuring individual rooms for families that let them stay with their infants. Larger rooms also are available to accommodate twins and triplets.
And your mind can be set at ease knowing that Trinity has a board-certified neonatologist available 24 hours a day, seven days a week so that there is never a lapse in care for your new baby.
The fourth trimester
If there's nothing quite like the joy of having a baby, there's also nothing quite as unnerving as taking your child home for the first time. Trinity BirthPlace has a variety of programs in place that will make this "fourth trimester" a pleasant experience.
After leaving our facility, moms and dads can reach a nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling Trinity BirthPlace. Trinity also offers a full-time lactation consultant to work one-on-one with breastfeeding moms.
