Improve Your Heart Health

To help you learn more about your own heart health, we offer several online screenings and assessments from Trinity HealthAware. The free screenings are all available online and only take a few minutes to complete. If you are identified as being at risk, Trinity will offer you a free cholesterol screening and consultation with one of our Trinity HeartAware nurses. Our nursing staff can also provide you with tips to improve your health.
