Meet the OB Team

Dr. Heidi Sturtevant, M.D.
Dr. Sturtevant has been a part of Trinity OBGYN team for six years, and delivered over 2,500 babies. She graduated with honors from Washington University School of Medicine, one of the top medical schools in the country. Dr. Sturtevant completed her residency at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. She is board certified and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the Trinity Muscatine Physician Leadership Committee and is the Physician Director of Trinity Muscatine Public Health. Dr. Sturtevant has two children and enjoys school activities, as well as camping, strength training and walking her bulldog.

Dr. Joseph Ehle, M.D.
Dr. Ehle is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed his residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. He is board certified and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2005 Dr. Ehle received the Society of Laparoscopic/Hysteroscopic Surgeons Resident Award, and in 2008 he was awarded the Naval Achievement Medal. When he’s not at Trinity Muscatine, you may see him practicing his bagpipes on his front porch. He also has an open door policy for those with an appreciation of craft beers.

Kimberly Sprague, CNM
Kimberly Sprague, is a Certified Nurse Midwife who attended the Frontier School of Nurse-Midwifery and received her Master of Science in Nursing Research from Case Western Reserve University. A Muscatine native and a former “Miss Muscatine” contestant, Kimberly has won the Carver Scholarship twice during her 20-year medical career. In her spare time Kimberly spins her own wool and loves organic gardening.

Kim Wiseman, CMN
Kim Wiseman, CMN is well known for her role as a Certified Nurse Midwife at Trinity Muscatine. She is a graduate of Frontier School of Nurse-Midwifery and received her Master of Science in Nursing Research from Case Western Reserve University. Kim leads an active life, leading worship in church and occasionally singing the National Anthem before a local ballgame. She also loves to jog, work out at the gym and spend time with her grandchildren.
