Confidential HIV testing

The HIV Antibody Testing Program includes confidential pre and post test counseling and oral swab testing for the HIV antibody for all Iowa residents that meet Iowa Department of Public Health guidelines.

It takes 7 to 10 working days to get HIV test results back for the oral swab test.

For positive tests, counseling and referral services are available as well as partner notification services.

HIV/AIDS Testing and education is provided to Muscatine County residents by appointment.

Free condoms and condom education is available at our office during normal Hours of Operation.
