At the Trinity Bariatric Center we understand that weight loss is challenging, and difficult. Our goal is to educate, and coach you so you may live a healthier lifestyle. You will work closely with our center dietitian to learn new lifelong habits. Exercise will play an important role in your progress and will be added to your lifestyle changes in order to sustain your weight loss.
Whether you want to lose 30 pounds or 100 pounds we are here to help you learn the necessary lifestyle changes to be successful. As with any weight loss program we want you to discuss your plans with your primary physician, who will be included in your care at all times.
The Lifesteps program is like no other, using proven techniques to craft goals and schedules for each individual. Lifesteps combines proven behavior change techniques with eating and exercise plans that you design yourself to tailor your own needs. Read more about this program

Meal replacements are ideal for those who need structure and convenience for weight loss. The Take Control program will be offered in 2013 and will feature the use of Robard NutriMed meal replacements. During this 15-week program, you will consume a combination of meal replacements and your own choice meals daily. During your weight loss journey, you will meet with the registered dietitian every 2 weeks to review your progress. Client education materials and sessions will focus on lifestyle and behavior changes that can be sustained after the completion of the program.
